Art - Printmaking

In this course, we explore the process of transferring images from a matrix onto another surface, usually paper or textiles (which is printmaking).

We look at techniques such as woodcut, etching, lithography and screenprinting and materials such as wood, metal and glass.

Learners will not only develop knowledge about the processes and materials involved, but also be encouraged to explore making their own work.

And the name of that remedy was ‘beauty’. The beautiful work of art brings … affirmation in joy.
